Tajikistan; Present Day - after decades of chaos, rule under the imperialist monarchy known as Sigma from the nation of Kazakhstan has long since ended. The last surviving remnant of the fallen empire would flee to the south of Kazakhstan into a remote village in the far mountains of Tajikistan. From a mansion secluded within the outskirts of the small town, they intended to carry out the birth of their demonic god into this world. But the townspeople, who had found out what ways the cultists practiced, broke into the mansion and mercilessly killed them all. These heretics would pay for their strange ways...
Unseen by the townspeople, a little boy was overlooking this twisted event, hidden high above everyone in a window archway. Seven-year-old Malakai could hardly stay quiet as before him, his own parents were being beaten to death among the crowd. Fleeing from his home into self-imposed exile for years, Malakai returns as a powerful adult. He has developed extraordinary psychic powers allowing him to influence thoughts. Using his parents' old ritual artifacts, Malakai manages to call upon a forgotten triumvirate of powerful beings known as the Old Gods. The Old Gods demand terrible sacrifices, but in return, the rewards are limited only to the one who is worthy. In order to fulfill his wish, Malakai has to prove himself as the successor to the Old Gods' power. Malakai senses the presence of nine strong and powerful fighters throughout the lands; individuals with darkness in their hearts whom each aspire to attain the Old Gods' power for their own reasons. When they arrive to the town, these nine individuals are forced to descend ever deeper into the psychological hell of a demonic spiritual power that has permeated the region since ancient times. There, all will face each other to the death in their bid to attain the ultimate power. |
